FOOT & ANKLE SURGERY

When appropriate, orthopedic surgeons perform foot and/or ankle surgery to restore torn or ruptured tendons and ligaments and repair broken bones. Several common foot problems are treated by orthopedic surgeons. Some of the more common foot problems treated by orthopedic surgeons include bunions, heel pain, Morton's neuroma, corns and calluses, hammertoes and plantar warts.
