Timothy Smolenyak, PA-C attended Lock Haven University and received a Bachelor of Science in Health Services in 1995. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University in 2002.

Timothy Smolenyak, PA-C is currently certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining LOA, Timothy completed various clinical rotations in the areas of emergency medicine, family and internal medicine, surgery, neurology and psychiatry.
