Penelope L. Samuelson,
MPA, PT, OCS

Penelope Samuelson attended the University of Kentucky in a Pre-Physical Therapy program. She transferred to the University of Pennsylvania and received her B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy in 1975 with Honors and Magna Cum Laude. Since graduation, Mrs. Samuelson has gained over twenty years of experience in the Physical Therapy field. She has continued her professional development through numerous seminars and courses.

Penelope has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Penelope continued her professional education by receiving a Master of Public Administration in 1988. Most recently, Penelope has obtained Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and has become a Credentialed Clinical Instructor by the APTA.


Wendy J. Kline, PTA

Wendy Kline attended Kutztown University from 1989 to 1992 as a biology major. She then transferred to the Central Pennsylvania Business School and received her Associate Degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. Her clinical experiences included training with Karkuff, Lennington, and Hilbolt, Lebanon Internal Medicine, and the Good Samaritan Outpatient Physical Therapy Center.

Since graduation, Wendy has been employed by Lebanon Orthopaedic Associates as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She has continued her professional development by attending continuing education seminars and by maintaining an active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
